‘The Deadly Plastic Surgeon’ opens with Carlito Vega orchestrating the kidnapping of the entire Miami Dolphins football team to identify who’s having an affair with his mistress. The star quarterback suffers horrific public mutilation in a Cuban airplane hangar, establishing Vega’s sadistic cruelty. He uses a solid gold golf club to torture people and employs technology like a lie detector phone to control his empire.
Meanwhile, Dr. Kai Singer, a Tier One Navy SEAL operator turned Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, unknowingly performs facial reconstruction on Vega, attempting to hide his identity. When Vega realizes the surgeon knows his new face, he sends assassins led by Rico Tavarez to eliminate Kai and his family.
Kai and his father, Dr. Tony Singer, a fellow Navy SEAL doctor and world-class microsurgeon, revert to their elite military training. With help from General Norman Hatch and Sergeant Major Frank Colt, they access advanced military intelligence and force multipliers from Los Alamos National Laboratory.
The story tracks their battle across multiple locations as they systematically eliminate Vega’s guards and breach his compound. In a tense confrontation, Kai injects Vega with scopolamine rather than killing him directly. Tragedy strikes when Chinese assassin Sycamore uses poison-tipped nails to kill Tony instantly, devastating Kai and setting up his quest to investigate the poison source.
Ling HO, one of the top five drug lords on earth buys a facial recognition satellite and a weaponized drone from the gangster running Russia, Ivan Smirnoff.
With his new weapons package, Ling intends to scour the earth to find and eliminate his four competitors.
And Ivan intends to gain a partner with a network of global terrorists looking to do harm to the United States.
But when the most powerful of the five kingpins, Carlito Vega, head of the CDG (Cartel De Golfo in Mexico), the largest criminal organization on earth, learns of Ling’s purchase from the Russians, he gets his face changed by a popular Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Kai Singer, a former Navy Seal.
After seeing his new face he’s ecstatic, but no one can know what the new Carlito looks like, so he orders his top Sicario to kill the doctor and burn his records.
Kai’s dad, Tony Singer, a retired Navy Seal medic himself, stumbles into the assassination attempt in the parking lot of Kai’s office and kills the Sicario barehanded.
Baffled by the failure of his Sicario to check in, Carlito sends another assassin, and Kai and his father kill him too.
Kiki Rivera, head of the west coast CDG, calls Carlito when he learns about two dead sicarios from his LA informant, Hollywood Homicide Detective Chico Ortega.
“Carlito, two of your Sicarios were dumped in an alley in Silverlake – dead from overdoses of truth serum.”
Tony Singer, a well-known Navy Chief with connections at the Pentagon learns who is trying to kill his son from the 3rd most powerful man in the USA, General Norman Hatch, and gets his help.
Chico does a background check and learns the truth about Kai Singer. He tells Kiki.
Kiki calls Carlito. “Carlito, He’s not a soft titty doctor, he’s a trained killer!”
Carlito sends a small army of sicarios.
The Singers get help from General Hatch.
